Last year our volunteers donated hundreds of hours of their time at Kilmer PTA in support of our students. Volunteer opportunities include:

While we're building the online form for you, the paper form is also available here to download and print. We have both the "One-Stop Form" and the Volunteer form. Until the online form is available, please use these paper forms. The paper forms are in Adobe Reader format, if you need it, you can get the free Adobe reader program here.
There is a specific website to go to to sign up for the PTA Store at www.mysignup.com/kilmerstore. You may also contact the Store co-chairs, Stephanie Buckley (sbuckley14@yahoo.com) or Charlene Horne (chorne@horne.com). Volunteers are urgently needed to help work at the Kilmer School Store. The store is open everyday during lunch (10:10 - 12:30) for the first two weeks of school, and then is open M/W/F starting the week of September 21. You are providing a great service to the students and you have an opportunity to observe what goes on during your child's day! :)
You can also signup for Outdoor Lunch Duty. Kilmer would like to start Outdoor Lunches starting on Tuesday, October 13th and running until the end of October. As you may remember, Outdoor Lunch is an opportunity for students to eat lunch during their lunch period in the outside portico area of the cafeteria.
Lunch periods at Kilmer are every day from 10:10 am until 12:21 pm. Kilmer lunch supervisors randomly selected tables (approximately 30-40 students) to enjoy lunch outside.
If you are interested, please go to http://www1.mysignup.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi?datafile=wwwmysignup_com and fill out the form with which day or days of the week work best for you to volunteer. The just check in at the school front desk on the day you picked to volunteer. Our kids love this program, and Kilmer cannot offer it without our help!
